Information on how to submit a petition to us.
Submitting a petition
As a council, we are committed to our vision to establish South Ayrshire as the most dynamic, inclusive and sustainable community in Scotland. Taking part in or creating a petition is one way that individuals, community groups and organisations can get involved in what the council does. It allows people to raise issues of public concern and provides councillors with the opportunity to consider the need for change. Petitions can be accepted electronically through email or in written form with details and conditions for acceptance set out below. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the information on this page when considering creating a petition.
