Application for Let / Room Booking, River Ayr

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Bookings will be confirmed only upon the receipt of a completed room booking form and are subject to approval by the Health and Wellbeing Co-Ordinator 7 days' notice of cancellation must be provided in writing to thrivingcommunitiesadmin@south-ayrshire.gov.uk or you may still be charged for the full cost of the let (if charges are applicable)

• Users are requested to leave the area in the condition it was found
• The person attending, responsible for the booking; must ensure that everyone present has signed in to the event and provided the necessary health and safety consent
• The person attending, responsible for the booking; accepts responsibility for the safety and security of all persons and equipment during the duration of the booking
• You will be required to upload proof of your up to date Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessments for delivery, if these aren't available, you will be unable to submit a booking

We also require to retain a copy of the River Ayr Access Steps Usage Agreement, if you haven't completed this form previously, please download and complete the form below and upload as part of your application.  If you have already completed this form, there is no requirement to upload another one.
