BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Bookings will be confirmed only upon the receipt of a completed room booking form and are subject to approval by the building manager
• 7 days’ notice of cancellation must be provided in writing to thrivingcommunitiesadmin@south-ayrshire.gov.uk or you may still be charged for the full cost of the let
• Users are requested to leave the accommodation in the condition it was found
• The person attending, responsible for the booking; must ensure that everyone present has signed in at the Reception desk or has provided Reception with a full list of names of those attending the group/event
• The person attending, responsible for the booking; accepts responsibility for the safety and security of all equipment provided during the duration of the booking
