Household waste recycling centre booking system
Residential Waste
South Ayrshire Council have introduced an online booking system, that will require our residents to register for an E-permit, once created the E-Permit will be valid for 24 months and residents will then be able to make bookings at a time that suites them.
Before registering for your E-permit please read over our FAQs to ensure you have all the required information before registering. Those without digital access can phone 0300 123 0900 to register for an E-permit and make a booking.
Phone lines are open Monday to Thursday 9am-4.45 pm and 9am to 4pm on Fridays, times may differ on public holidays.
Commercial/Trade Waste
If you are a business and wish to use the sites at Troon, Maybole or Girvan you must register for your E-Permit by calling our Commercial Waste team on 01292 559342. Once you have registered and paid for your permit you will be able to book a slot using the Household Waste Recycling Booking System below.

Please note if your business disposes their waste at the site at Heathfield Ayr you do not require to book an appointment on our system. Your waste must be deposited at the lower level of the Recycling Centre, where it will be weighed and a charge will be levied. Larger vans and vehicles can use this lower level area.
