We are excited to launch a new booking system on Wednesday 23rd February. This new system will replace how all our members book their fitness classes, gym and swimming sessions as well as squash/badminton/five a side and even our 3g and grass pitches.
Our new booking system can be accessed here - Web Bookings and by scanning the 'Online' QR code below.
We have also developed a new Mobile App which will allow you to manage all of your bookings from your phone, on a single app. This app is available for download now by searching 'SAC Leisure' on your app store or by scanning the 'Mobile' QR Code on the posters displayed round our facilities. The poster is available below along with a handy video giving a little more information about the App!
Please continue to use your existing log ins for all bookings taking place, up until Tuesday 22nd February. From Thursday 17th February, you'll be able to register and log in to web bookings and our App to start booking your activities taking place from 23rd February onwards. Please note that 16th February, you will not be able to make any bookings either online or through reception.
We have scheduled ICT maintenance taking place Saturday-Sunday 19th-20th February. This will affect bookings being made through our current system plus emails and telephone at facilities, however our new booking system will not be affected.
A big change with the booking system is that, although we'll still be operating with 7 days booking, they'll now open at 7am, instead of midnight. For example, the 19:00 Yoga class on Monday 28th February, will open for advance bookings on Monday 21st February at 7am.
