Reintroducing face to face customer services

Before covid our Customer Service Centres in Girvan, Maybole, Ayr, Prestwick and Troon, offered a drop-in face to face and call centre service.  Since the covid lockdown in March 2020 our team have been fully operating as a call centre handling over 255,500 enquiries by phone and digitally. 

We know that customer trends have changed over the last 18 months, with more and more customers accessing services by phone and online.  We also know that for a small number of people phone and digital isn't an option.  We are now looking at how we might reintroduce face to face customer services and want to hear from residents, particularly those of you who dropped in to our Customer Service Centres.
