Description of works
New Leisure Centre in Ayr town centre utilising the former Hourstons building and the site of the Arran Mall and adjacent Dalblair Rd carpark.

Sept 2021
You may have noticed some Site Investigation rigs around the carpark - this work is now complete. A Habitat Survey has also been undertaken this month to check if e.g. bird and bats have made a home in the Housrtons building or around the site. An asbestos survey of the Horstons building has started.
