New Campus Naming Surveys - Maybole
The new community campus in Maybole, currently under construction, will be home to the existing Carrick Academy and St Cuthbert's Primary School, as well as a new non-denominational Primary School and Early Years Centre and a new Sports Pavilion and Leisure Centre for Maybole, with swimming pool.
As these exciting developments progress, we are inviting members of the community to contribute to our public consultation on the naming of the new campus and the new non-denominational primary school, by completing the naming surveys through the following link:
A Naming Group, comprising school staff, local councillors and members of the local community have agreed on a shortlist of names. In completing the surveys, participants should rank the naming choices provided in order of their preference and please only submit your preferences once.
When the consultation period has ended on 22 October 2021, the results of the surveys will be collated and we will communicate the preferred names by the end of November 2021.
