Overview

The UK Community Renewal Fund (UKCRF) is providing £220 million of investment across the UK for people and communities most in need. It will invest in skills, communities, local businesses and supporting people into employment.

The UKCRF will help to shape the new UK Shared Prosperity Fund, which is due to be launched in 2022 to replace EU Structural and Investment Funds.

The UK Government has identified South Ayrshire Council as the Lead Authority for administering applications to the UKCRF in South Ayrshire.

As the Lead Authority, we are responsible for inviting, assessing, prioritising and submitting bids from organisations in South Ayrshire to the UK Government, up to a total value of £3 million.

Applications for a diverse range of projects are welcomed, however ideally, they should have a minimum value of £500,000.
