Adult employment opportunities

European Social Fund (ESF)

Our Adult Employability programme part funded by the European Social Fund (ESF), offers employment support for individuals who are 18 + that reside in South Ayrshire and have experienced barriers entering employment.

The programme offers a variety of training and support which includes 1-1 support, work placements, access to occupational training opportunities and job brokerage to assist individuals into sustained employment.
