Employer Recruitment Incentive

Our Employer Recruitment Incentive (ERI) helps people of all ages with the greatest barriers to employment get jobs and stay in jobs.

Employers from private companies and third sector organisations with a maximum of 250 employees can apply for the incentive to help with the costs of recruiting and employing someone who is unemployed.

It can provide up to £6,000 for newly created roles or vacancies.
