Should you not wish to submit a complaint online you can complain:

• in person at any council office
• by calling 0300 123 0900
• in writing to: Customer Services, South Ayrshire Council, Freepost NAT 7733, Ayr, KA7 1DR
• by emailing listeningtoyou@south-ayrshire.gov.uk
